About you:

You have a passion for work that creates meaningful change. You will be used to working in a high-performing, fast-paced environment and be:

· Professional, enthusiastic, innovative, resilient and flexible.

· Outcome-focussed, proactive, and driven to deliver a consistently high standard of work

You will have:

· Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management, or relevant tertiary qualifications, a high-level understanding of the SCHADS Award, with a minimum 5 years demonstrated generalist human resource experience to fulfil the requirements of the position

· High-level demonstrated experience using contemporary and participatory engagement and consultation processes to engage and build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

· High-level demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate competing priorities and stakeholders needs, coupled with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills with a high-level of attention to detail

· Strong administration and ICT experience using Microsoft 365 products and CRMs

· A strong understanding and commitment to the work of QCOSS and our commitment to social justice.

In addition, the following mandatory requirement applies:

· Work Rights: You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.

What you will get:

We will offer you a flexible, exciting, rewarding part-time (30.4 hrs/week) fixed term position (concludes 28 November 2025) in a great place to work.

All this plus a competitive remuneration package between $99,333 – $103,819 per annum (pro rata part-time) dependent on relevant qualifications and experience to fulfil the requirements of the position.

Superannuation of 12.5% and salary packaging benefits apply in addition to flexible work arrangements including working from home, flex time and time off in lieu provisions.
