Funders increasingly want to see data about program need and what will be effective in proposed projects. Applicants for Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) need to show that their project meets community needs and will help strengthen the local workforce and economy, and this means using data. In this workshop, SQW applicants will learn how to:

• Determine the kinds of data to evidence your application
• Use QCOSS’ Data Point to find information
• Make sense of key statistics
• Translate the data you find into effective application responses
