Like all groups, boards and management committees have to navigate disputes and conflicts from time to time. In the final workshop of the On Board, we explore common areas of disagreement and develop strategies to reduce the risk of unnecessary conflict, positively manage disputes when they arise, and deal with the need to discipline governance body members when necessary.

To encourage genuine discussion and reflection, events in the On Board workshop series are live and places are limited. A recording will be available for a limited time to registered participants for internal use only and will not be shared online or accessible to others.
