Community organisations often have brilliant ideas for projects that suit the needs of their local community, but often lack the evaluation framework to capture the impact of their work. Funders want to ensure the grants they provide are having impact, and organisations need this information as evidence for future funding proposals.   

This workshop will strengthen your evaluation skills You will learn:

• What a program logic is
• how you will know your project has been successful
• how to gather evidence for your next funding proposal.

While the content of this workshop will be useful across many projects, we will be using Communities Innovation Fund as an example of a funding opportunity we can respond to with an impactful plan for evaluation. Organisations planning on submitting an application for the Communities Innovation Fund are encouraged to attend.
