Walking Together is about changing perspectives, practice and policy.

Walking Together is about planning the workforce specifically in regard to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander inclusion. It is a unique program that creates strong connections across the workforce and the community.  Walking Together blends the provision of information and data with cultural wisdom and reflective practice and applies it within the structure of a workforce planning framework.  It is inspiring, engaging and practical.

The historical knowledge gained, and the relationships developed inform progress throughout the program as participants view their current and future workforce through the lens of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This enables them to reflect on the inclusiveness of their services and what they need to do to become an employer of choice including identifying and managing myths and barriers.

**This is a two-day workshop style program.  The Working Together program is also offered as a four-day place based action learning model.
