The NonProfit Alliance (NPA) supports the ASF initiative to enhance the management and accountability of not-for-profit organisations by generously offering three scholarships for the ‘NPA Leadership Hub’ starting in February, 2018.
Exclusively for CEOs and Senior Executives, the NPA Leadership Hub is a vibrant, supportive, learning and mentoring network focused on developing the skills and expertise of senior leadership team members of Australia’s non-profit organisations.
This is not a stand-alone course, but a sustained and long-term peer to peer leadership program, that will support you each day with your leadership challenges and opportunities. Leadership Hubs meet once a month to tackle the big challenges and opportunities in a safe and trusted environment.
NPA Leadership Hubs meet for one full day per month. This is your opportunity to focus on the business rather than the operational requirements within the business. Plus once a quarter you will have a personal ‘one on one’ mentoring session (x1.5 hours) with your Hub Chair.
Scholarship recipients will start the program start in early February 2018 and will receive access to the NPA Leadership Hub program for 12 months. Beyond that time, scholars are welcome (and encouraged) to continue the program through their own means if they wish.
The NPA Leadership Hub is based in Sydney, NSW. Applicants from other parts of Australia are welcome to apply if they are able to commit to travelling to Sydney once per month to meet with their Leadership Hub group.
Applications for the NonProfit Alliance Leadership Hub Scholarships close Friday 17th November, 2017 at 5pm AEDT.
