The Advance Queensland Community Digital Champions program is an initiative of the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation. The program aims to encourage Queenslanders to take part in the digital economy by embracing digital technologies and solutions and participating online. Champions may come from all walks of life and may represent a business, industry sector, community or demographic group.
The program is looking for outstanding individuals who are passionate digital advocates, wanting to give back to their community by helping others become digitally-savvy. They will exemplify the benefits offered by the digital world and inspire others to take part.
To be eligible you must be based in Queensland and currently conducting activities or planning to undertake activities to educate, inform, inspire or assist other Queenslanders to embrace digital technologies, adopt digital solutions and/or participate online.
